Brew Master II

LBM poses by his brewing attempt: A German dark. If all goes well it should be bottled beer in about four weeks.

My first contribution to our collective kit will be a decent 5 gallon boiling pot, and a good thermometer. I plan on doing a few more wheat beers, then attempt a rauchbier, the kind of smoky, almost pork-flavored beer that was so good on winter nights back in Northern Bavaria.
